In its favour
The design is the best in the hub by a comfortable margin and the catalogue is well chosen. Once we reached the cashier the money arrived inside two days.
Against it
The terms run long and contradict themselves on payout timing in two places. The play-through figure differs between the promotion page and the rules, and support gave a third answer.
Where the value actually sits
Advertised, this account opens at 2,000,000 GC + 2 SC. Set the Gold Coins aside, since they are lobby fuel and stay in the lobby, and the part a bank will ever see is 2 SC. Every comparison in the hub is built on that second number, because it is the only one with a route out.
Getting it out means turning it over at 1x and stopping above 100 SC. Between them those two conditions govern whether an evening finishes at the cashier or back at the reels, and they outweigh the opening figure by a wide margin.
Three attempts on the clock
The account was bought with our own funds. We submitted three redemptions in three different weeks and took the middle reading, which came in at 2 days. Counting runs from the moment a request leaves a verified account to the moment the funds appear.
Identity checks are excluded deliberately. They occur once, they turn on how promptly you upload a photograph, and folding them into a payout figure would flatter every brand equally. Here they wanted a photo document and a recent bill, cleared once, never revisited.
Spending nothing and still getting paid
A written request through the post brings promotional coins at no charge, carrying exactly the redemption rights that purchased coins carry. Format and address live on the brand rules page. It takes longer and it is real, and the fact that it is real is what keeps this category legal.
The reader this fits
Somebody with a specific attachment to this brand. Judged purely on what we recorded, the hub offers better starting points.
Coins requested by post carry the same redemption rights as purchased ones. Void where prohibited. 18 and over, 21 at certain brands. Support on 1-800-522-4700 if play stops being fun.
